2. Purpose and use of the website
This website presents vehicles for sale and lets visitors request a private dossier. Access is free and does not require registration. By browsing it you agree to use it lawfully, in good faith and without harming the website or third parties, and to provide truthful information in the enquiry form.
3. Vehicle information
Descriptions, photographs, equipment and prices are provided for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise. A sale is only formalised by a written contract, after the buyer has inspected the vehicle and its documents.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, videos, logos and design of this website belong to the owner or are used with permission. You may view and print them for personal use. Reproducing, distributing or publicly communicating them for commercial purposes without written authorisation is not permitted.
5. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from here, such as WhatsApp.
6. Links to this website
You may link to the home page, provided the link does not suggest any relationship with or endorsement by Velylance, does not frame the website and does not include false or misleading statements about it.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.

1. Data controller

2. What data we use and why
Dossier requests
The enquiry form asks for your name and your Spanish identification number (DNI, NIE or CIF). Your browser only checks that the number has a valid format: it is not sent to or stored on our servers. Your name is inserted into a WhatsApp message that you can review before sending. If you send it, we use your name, phone number and messages to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, send you a private dossier link.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR). Retention: while your enquiry is open and for up to 12 months after the last contact. If a sale takes place, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
Protection of private dossier links
When a private link is created and opened, we keep a pseudonymised fingerprint of your browser and network for 15 minutes so the link cannot be reused by someone else.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the owner and preventing fraud (Article 6.1.f GDPR). Retention: 15 minutes. Dossier links expire automatically.
Visit statistics
Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects pseudonymised data about your visit, such as the pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Retention: up to 14 months.
Technical data
Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR). Retention: the short periods set by the provider.
3. Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers that process it on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Upstash Inc. (temporary storage of private links), Google Ireland Ltd. (statistics, only with your consent) and WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (messaging, when you choose to contact us). Some of them may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We will also disclose data to public authorities when the law requires it.
4. Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time, by WhatsApp at +34 695 452 868. We may ask you to prove your identity. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
5. Minors
This website is aimed at adults interested in buying a vehicle. People under 14 must not provide personal data.
6. Security and changes
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we apply technical and organisational measures suited to the risk. We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
